Prerequisites for Joining the Impactful Media Mentors Affiliate Program

Your content should be relevant to our mission of media mentorship and education. We look for affiliates whose content naturally aligns with empowering young people through education, media literacy, personal development, or similar themes.

Proactive Communication

You should possess strong communication skills and be proactive in engaging with both your audience and our team. A commitment to timely and effective communication is crucial for the success of promotional campaigns and affiliate activities.

Clean Digital Footprint

Your online presence should reflect a positive and professional image. We will review your social media profiles and online activities to ensure they align with our values of integrity, respect, and professionalism.

Impactful Media Mentors Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in Impactful Media Mentors’ Affiliate Program. Please note that throughout this Agreement, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Impactful Media Mentors, and “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the affiliate.

2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit an online application at our website. We may re-evaluate your application at any time.
2.2. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it:

  • Promotes sexually explicit materials
  • Promotes violence
  • Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  • Promotes illegal activities
    Includes “Impactful Media Mentors” or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
  • Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us

3. Program Participation
3.1. Once you have been notified of your acceptance into the Program and you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we will provide you with a unique affiliate code.
3.2. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your affiliate code on your site, in your emails, or in other communications.

4. Commissions and Payment
4.1. For a sale to generate a commission to an affiliate, the customer must click-through a link from your site, email, or other communications to our website and make a purchase.
4.2. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

5. Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
  • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
  • Violation of intellectual property rights

6. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

7. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). Additionally, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Impactful Media Mentors.
8.2. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

By signing up for the Impactful Media Mentors Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
